The HDS (Home Delivery System) is a transport company specialised in distributing the household appliances and electronics directly to your home. Mostly you may order this service when ordering the goods at any partner e-shop, including www.eproton.cz.
Why to choose HDS?
- The goods will not be left standing in front of your house, on the contrary, the driver will help you move the larger appliances upstairs
- HDS will inform you about the time of delivery in the respective day with the accuracy of 60 minutes.
- HDS delivers the goods also in the evening and in some regions also on Saturdays.
- HDS will let you unpack and check the goods immediately.
- After the product is taken over, the guarantee certificate will be confirmed or the instalment payment contract will be handed over, if buying on an instalment plan has been chosen

HDS post servece
This system is used for delivery of smaller consumer goods directly by the post service called “Business Parcel”. The HDS will ensure that the parcel will be professionally packed and taped with the HDS tape guaranteeing integrity of the parcel. In the parcel, you will find all the necessary documents for the appliance, including the instruction manual in Czech and the guarantee certificate.
HDS collection in personal
There are some towns in the Czech Republic with the option to collect the goods in personal, namely in the wholesale warehouses in Týniště nad Orlicí, Planá nad Lužnicí and Zlín. The advantage is that you can pick up the goods there in personal and you do not need to use other delivery methods. We would like to establish a complete network of such collection points in the future in the busiest parts of the respective towns so that you can take home the household appliances of smaller dimensions for example when you go from your work.
